ISP Financial Services AG is founded in Zurich as a global financial services company providing wealth management, investment banking and institutional investments services.

Under a joint venture between Plenum Asset Management AG and ISP Financial Services AG, an Israeli representative office is established to increase the customer base and the product offering, expanding the global reach into Israel.

An Israeli Asset Management firm is established. The firm is regulated by the Israeli Securities Authority (ISA).

Plenum Asset Management AG is merged into Plenum Securities AG to provide an integrated service solution to our client base

ISP Financial Services becomes the sole representative of Bank Pictet for Institutional and Corporate clients in Israel.
ISP Financial Services acquires a control stake in Plenum Securities following its split from the other Plenum companies. The company is rebranded as ISP Securities. The entire ISP Group is supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority.

ISP Group becomes the sole representative of GoldenTree and Ice Canyon in Israel.
